Garrison Scholarship Fundraiser 04.19.2009

The day went wonderful. Over 410 tickets were sold. The love that was in the restaurant for the Garrison's and for David was felt by all. Friends of Dave had graciously donated over 54 items for the silent auction. The tombola table was filled with over 50 items that were just overflowing with beautiful items. The football team arrived at 9:00AM and assisted in many ways. The set-up of tables and chairs, moving tables out of the way, and unloading cars would not of been possible without them. Coach Oropeza was instrumental in lending a hand to the event. The DJ was wonderful, 50-50 winnings were donated back to the David Garrison Memorial Fund, and a fun time was had by all. Many of David's friends and their parents were able to stop in and say hello. The fund will benefit an 8th grader from St. Andrew's this year in helping him attend Bonner.
